Caroline brings 37 years of insurance industry experience spanning complex and large-loss claims, coverage and damage analysis, and claims leadership. Her carrier-side career included roles as a National Executive General Adjuster and Large Loss Manager, followed by leadership positions in claims transformation, training and development, and corporate representation. Today, Caroline oversees operations and provides senior-level consulting expertise in coverage, damages, complex-loss analysis, and claim strategy. Her extensive carrier experience brings a strong technical and operational perspective to the firm.
Cody Terra holds a degree in Criminal Justice. His background in investigation, analysis, and documentation brings a disciplined and detail-driven perspective to his work. At NEPAC, Cody works directly with policyholders throughout the claims process, with a focus on loss documentation, property inspections, claim preparation, and resolution. His methodical approach and attention to detail ensure each loss is thoroughly evaluated, documented, and presented. Cody represents the next generation of NEPAC—combining a strong investigative foundation with the knowledge and experience of a firm built on decades in the insurance industry.
He supports the firm’s technology and innovation initiatives, with a focus on digital systems, drone technology, and operational efficiency. His work helps integrate modern tools into the claims process while advancing the firm’s technical capabilities.
